Where are my records stored?
Your main Kinnote records are handled on your device. sosopixel does not operate a Kinnote account system or a server that receives relationship records.
Where can I manage notifications and device features?
You can change permissions, notification display, and related features in your device’s system settings. Depending on those settings, information in notifications or widgets may be visible on the lock screen.
I forgot my backup password.
Kinnote backup files are encrypted with the password you choose. That password is not sent to sosopixel, and sosopixel cannot recover a forgotten password.
Does removing the app delete every copy of my records?
On-device records remain until you delete them in the app or remove the app. Operating system backups and files you exported separately may remain and must be deleted separately.
